P A Mthembu Attorneys was established to meet a gap in the South African legal market: a firm that combines the personal attention of a boutique practice with the depth of expertise required for serious litigation. Based in Umhlanga Ridge, Durban, the firm represents individuals, businesses, and institutions across a broad range of civil, commercial, and criminal matters.

The firm is led by its director, Phiwa Andile Mthembu, who brings experience from both private practice and in-house legal environments. Every matter receives direct attorney attention, from initial instruction through to final resolution.

Overview

Andile completed his LLB at the University of the Free State and is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He founded P A Mthembu Attorneys with a clear mandate: to build a modern legal practice that combines rigorous advocacy with operational efficiency and technological innovation.

His practice spans injury work, civil and commercial disputes, personal and domestic matters, and fiduciary work - appearing in both the Magistrates’ Court and the High Court across KwaZulu-Natal.
